Not able to pay the EMI of loan taken by father, please advise

Dear sir ,i have taken personal loan when i was in job in MNC company.but after my father death i left my job and i have financial problem and not able to pay rest of emi. Till one year i was paying emi but after that i couldn't. Now i am getting mail from sa associates that we will take legal action and criminal activity. Please suggest me how to come out from this situation .
Dear borrower please take note that loan is a legal obligation and from which you could not avoid yourself. However there are certain circumstances in which you can be permitted extended time for repayment. Please contact for full details with loan documents.
