non payment of credit card bill unable to pay What can be done

i bought a platinum credit card from HDFC bank. During the issual of the card they didnt give the internet login details and i cant able to pay the bill online or through net banking. that leaves me with only option of paying through collection. after a couple of month i went to abroad for work and when i came i see that amount went rocketed to 15000 but actually i used only for 4500. so i again asked the breakup but there was not any proper response and i fed up using card. now its rocketed upto 37000. still i dont the build up to this amount and they keep on asking payments.

first you get all the details of your credit card from the bank. you collect your card payments details from the bank according to their statement.
you make an application to banking ombudsmen about the HDFC bank with regard to the problems you faced and their denial to cooperate with you.
if any collection agents of the bank troubles you by way of any illegal means you can take criminal action against the bank.
