No proper response by banks causing mental harassment

My ECS for Jan'16 has been rejected by IDBI stating account closed.I contacted both HDFC&IDBI over emails but there was no proper response from both banks. So,I enquired with IDBI personally, they have given in writing that the details submitted by HDFC were wrong.I gave a letter to HDFC with IDBI letter on 28th Apr16 but till now there is no proper response.Daily I'm contacting HDFC bank staff but they are giving some excuses everyday.Pls kindly advice if I take any legal action against these banks for giving me so much mental tension, affecting my CRISIL score, and wasting my time.

You should write to Banking ombudsmen. If the bank didnot give proper answer or no answer to your complaint then you can approach banking ombudsmen.Go to RBI website and make a complaint to Banking ombudsmen.I hope you will get prompt response.
