My credit card has been hacked bank insisting me to pay what can I do

My credit card has been HACKED and money stolen from other country (UK). Bank insisting me to pay, in spite of knowing it is a fraud. I've filed a case with Cyber Crime Police, as well. My CIBIL score is also hampered now. Banking ombudsman instructed the bank to settle the case. However, bank is insisting on me to pay the entire money. What should I do now?

you approach HIGH COURT by way of writ with a prayer against the bank in spite of all other cases ( cybercrime)
which are pending bank harassing me for the payments due.
you can show the court the order given by the banking ombudsman and other cybercrime details and communication with the bank.
you will get the direction from the court and bank will defiantely obey the order.
