I withdrew money from my diseased father's ATM. What action can taken?

I drew money from my deceased father's ATM, Now what can i do for save me from any action from Bank. I drew money for my mother's serious condition.. now she is ok. My only one sister is married in year 2001, and living with all her wealth in Muzaffarpur bihar.
You must give Death certificate of your father in your branch as early as possible.
If your after got dead few months ago then you can give a explanation application or apology application for not giving the information of death of your father.
