How to take action against bank

Can i take action against the bank if fail to reply me in 30 days ? I asked them to increase the tenure and they agreed but not responding to email and telephonic conversation is not considered as a document. please advice.
MY OPINION THAT i have follow your story & i think that , you have every scope and legitimate right /rights to contest with the concern Bank, if you have merit /merits then you have scope to challenge against the Bank.

Yes you can take action against bank you need to go to debt recovery tribunal, Kolkata. Area wise there are three courts. i. e if you fall in area A your application which is called sarfesi application be heard by Drt-I if it's area B then will be heard by Drt-II and if it falls in area C it will be heard by Drt-III.
