how to get relief Someone Opened a Credit Card in My Name & Defaulted

I am from Hyderabad. 2days back I Got A Call from some Bank agents and they said i was defaulted credit card but i didi't applied Any credit card. How is this possible. what should i do now ? Even my salary just 15k.
immidiatly lodge a compliant before police along with the mobile numebers fromwhich people called on you.
