How to file a complaint against the employer for denial of transfer

I am working in Dena bank DR Site Bangalore,I was earlier posted in Mumbai from where i took request transfer on marital grounds.Initiay i was given a branch although it was written in my letter that I should be given DR SIte(Data Recovery Site).I rented a house near to the branch .after 10 days i was transferred to DR which is 26 km(takes 2 hr in traffic)one way. I am going through my first trimester of pregnancy,i have sent the written letter to the concerned authorities for transfer to my nearest place temporarily.they are denying it and saying that bank will decide what to do in your case if you will be on leave. They are mentally harrasing me since i have got transfer here. what can i d in this case legally...
Hi, I suspect there is criminal conspiracy against you by the bank officers. We can initiate legal action against the authorities those who are harassing you.by parallel, you may apply civil suit for damages. I need to see the transfer order and You may obtain medical certificates before we proceed.
