How to deal with credit credit card fraud

2 days after receiving InduSind bank card received call from fraudster who knew last 4 digits and issue date of the card. Convinced me to share passwords on pretext of activating the card. Within few minutes received call from InduSind bank fraud detection unit who just informed that fraud payments have been made and asked to block the card by calling customer care. After calling mailed dispute form. Also customer care informed that payments were made on Airtel and Idea money but were not claimed by merchant.This was mentioned for 2 days. Kindly suggest if any legal recourse is available.
Hi, As it is criminal act, as the first step you need to file FIR with jurisdictional police station. Then can submit FIR to respective banks to block the money in the account wherever the money was transferred from your card.
