How to cliam a Deceased Claim if bank did not enter the nomination

The bank passbook of my father mentioned nomination yes. But Bank did not upload in their computer. My father passed away previous year in the month of November. Bank did not want to give the balance amount in his saving account to his legal heir. How can claim the amount?
MY OPINION THAT the question of legality is very specific , you have every legal right to claim your deceased father's account, so you have move at the competent forum with your full legal proof of you,& have claim your legitimate amount from concern bank,contact with me.
