How can I ask legally swiss bank to provide details of other bank

I have won one case in lower court.In this judgement there is only one bank name is include i wanted add few more bank of swiss, but the problem is that swiss bank donot give account detail without succession certificate, so please advice if there is anyway we can include the name of swiss bank in certificate by paying nominal fees
