Harassment by bank for payment of installment on education loan

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have my educational loan from BOI. Every month we are providing installments as decided by the bank but still they are asking for more and show us overdue amount. Also, till date we are not having sanction letter. Every time we ask for sanction letter or bank statement, they somehow refuse us or humiliate us by saying that they'll publically advertise about your family. so, I request you to please suggest about the same. Thanks
You have to make complaint to the head office of the concern bank along with all the enclosures/representations which has been made by you to the concern branch, if head office not paid any heed to your grievances than you have lodge a complaint to the Banks Ombudsman for redressal of your grievances. Even though nothing has been done than file a writ petition before the High Court of your State.
