Full loan paid bank not giving certificate of occupancy how to get it

I have finished my bank loan and then i request bank for my certificate of occupancy ma plot for two month now they fail to do that without reason what can i do with this bank?
You can go to consumer forum of your district as well as you can go to debt recovery tribunal, situated near maidan metro station, where only bank matters are only taken up. Filing a case in drt is a tad expensive as compare to consumer forum but you will get quick result in drt compare to consumer forum. Your types of case are known as sarfesi action (S.A) it will take only one hearing in drt and in consumer forum 8-10 months. But you will get result.now it's up to you.

MY OPINION THAT you have legitimate right to get the certificate of occupancy according to law, & as well as you have legal right to challenge the delay of handover the certificate of occupancy in different legal ways.
