Friend not repaying the loan and threatening me what to do.

I took a loan rupees 2,00,000 for one of my ex friend. He wrote and sign an agreement that I'm taking that loan on behalf of him and he is gonna pay for it and Ill be no longer responsible for it. He spend all that money on things likes mobile phone,parties and etc. I paid for emi of loan approximately for a year then I broke up with my him. He paid for that loan for two years after that and now he refusing to pay further amount of loan which is more than a yearly payment. I'm jobless and that amour is used by him I can't pay for that amount. That guy and I had a very bad past and he is taking revenge of that by not paying. he did very bad things with me I used to live with him he hurts and abused me physically I got pregnant as well twice during the time I was living with him so he forced me to abort my child. He used to take all my money he force me loan money from my friends and colleague he forced me to take gold loan against my gold jewellery. He tried to kill me as well that time
There are a lot of civil and criminal remedies available with you against the person. A strategy has to be devised regarding what all can be done and the same can only be done after knowing and understanding the complete facts and circumstances of your case. As far as repayment of the loan amount is concerned I can only say seeing your case on the face of it that the loan has to be paid by you if it is taken under your name and the same can be recovered by you from the person who has given you a signed agreement that he will be paying you the money back. But nothing more can be said without seeing the nature and form of the formal agreement of loan that has been entered between you.
