Finance company taken money not giving loan what to do

From a finance I have revived a call saying that they will give me a loan and they sent a mail to deposit money in to their account I have transfered it but now they are not picking the call or not giving proper response. So that Now I can sue on that finance or not?
Sir, You did not mention for which reason you transferred money to their account. I think other party must be involving in these kind of crimes already. If the money involved is huge then you may need to file a complaint with cyber crime police.
