Complaint against bank for devaluating my property

I had applied for the loan with standard chartered bank. They promised me a low interest rate.i signed the agreement and the last day was mentioned as 30th July. I submitted all the documents on 25th June and they kept silent and started forcing me to buy insurance savings account etc. When I complained to ceo they then changed everything. Now just before last date they devalued my property. They are not considering Bmc approved plan for valuation purpose. They said its internal policy of the bank. Last day I had to pay the developer the difference of my own contribution which was 18 lac

yes of course
u have issued notice to the bank for correct valuation for your property in the current readyrecknor rate ( govt rate)
as per the calculation of loan amount and the bank wrongly calculate the property. u intimate the bank by way of notice.
