Company not valuing their employees how to deal with it

It been more that 3 days XX offcials failed to resolve my query. On 21 april 2017. I had applied for XX credit card to get card benefits. However, its more than 15 days I didn't receive my card. 3-4 weeks before one of the field executive came to our office for physical verification without informing me earlier, he called me up and asking me to come outside for verification and on that point of time I was at home because I do rotational shift though I told him to come to tommrow and gave him a convenient time but no body called me. After some day I got a call from XX regarding verification, the caller asked me provide my official e-mail, I said i can't because it is only for internal purpose and also i suggested her to get in touch with our HR dept for my verification after then she hung up call. I called to XX customer care, and I got to know my application has been declined without on 2 may without knowing me which is a big fatal. how to deal with it?
Well you can always re apply for the card. The bank is well within its rights if they are not satisfied with the verification process. I believe you should have shared your personal e-mail id. You can also approach the bank that has your salary account for a linked credit card.

As per the above detailed you had provided to me it is clarified that you credit card has been declined due to unfulfillment of all the clauses of Credit card approval
1. You were apsent on your work place due to which your physical verification has not been clarified.
2. Your cibil score might be good but your Phono tonic verification also has been declined due to your HR.
SO i would suggest you to reaaply your credit card after 3 month for the approval of it.
If you want to have a investmnet Planning in LIC MUTUAL FUND you can contact to me. I would plan you investment as such by investing 3000 rupees upto 10 years you would receive 15Lakhs approx in two of the scheme.
I could also credit you loan on your all investment at lower rate.
