Company not paying RD account maturity money

This company chitra specimen is not paying d money of people of RD account. What to do now . My maturity amount is 100000 . This money has mature at June 2016 but till now I hv not receive any money
If the company is not paying the money due, then you file money suit for recovery of the same within three years of your claim become due. You can also set criminal law in motion filing a criminal case for breach of trust or lodging an FIR to police in this respect.
