Can i file a case of harassment against my Bank

I had a credit card from SBI. and due to poor customer service, I decided to close my account. It's been 4 - 5 months since my account is closed but I continue to receive my statements asking me to pay something. I want to file a law suit against the bank for harassing me every month. It's been multiple emails that I receive every month which says that my account has a 0 balance and the account is closed and I will not receive any statement going forward. please tell me my legal options
My advice is to send a legal notice to the Bank to ensure that they maintain transparency and inform you all the details of your account. Sometimes, there could be some balance due from you which is reflected in the records of the bank account but they failed to inform you and without knowing about it, please don't take any legal steps. Please collect all the documents that you have between the Bank and yourself - including e-mails, bank statements, account closing forms, etc. and approach a lawyer to draft the legal notice.
