Can I claim money back from parents transferred in their account

I have transferred major part of my salary to parents even though they never had any respect for me. Since 2.5 years i have given around 8 to 8.5 lakhs to them.But my brothers have started to beat me and harass anytime (both are supported by my mother)...now i do not want to keep any relationship with them. i want to get my hardly earned money. How can i get that money back. Is there any way to send legal notice.
Sir, You may file an police complaint against your brothers for physical harassment. Also, you may send legal notice under recovery laws to recover all the money you paid to your parents, If you have proof.
