Banks took signed cheques against loan taken

I have applied home loan in axis bank. They have asked all documents including 1signed blnak cheque . I clearly told him that I can't give blank cheque but he requested / forcefully me to give otherwise loan will not be sanctioned. So I gave one blank cheque. Now they have sent cheque for 5500/-amount to my SBI bank for processing charges and it is boubced. but they didn't even intimate before sending it. Cheque was bounced and loan got cancelled. Can you please help me how to put case on bank and manager?
Why don't you contact the axis bank and convince the bank requesting them to represent the cheque giving acceptable reasons. Keep sufficient balance to meet the cheque. Think of filing suit if bank refuses.
