Banks filed case against me for non-payment of installment, what to do

What should i do when bank put a case of 25 laks on me for the truck which i bought unable to pay the half of instalment due to an accident and bank also refused to pay my insurance due to some issue in paper work and the sold the vehicle without my permission and I wrote the letter of my present financial sutation but the put case on me plz help me what should I do now
MY OPINION THAT if you have accidental issue & you have to put into a case of Rs25 Lakhs as well as Bank refused to pay your insurance dues,sold your vehicle without prior inform to you, so have ample scope to challenge to counter the Bank at proper Forum /Forums.

if bank sold your truck without seizure list ,you can file case against finance company , for better understanding you consult with any Advocate ,as bank can lodge criminal and civil cases both against you .
