Bank is harassing on non payment of loan, what can be done

I have taken the loan from Axis bank. After one and half year. My father was expire and after couple of days ago my wife met a cesarean delivery, but unfortunately my baby had expired and his health also not good at that time. I have lost my job .I was emotionally upset with the sad moments. Due to the sudden death, I am the only person to take care of my wife and mother hence I was not able to respond to any of axis bank emails. I couldn't able to support Axis bank to complete formalities as I was bundled with all these issues. Finally by god grace I got job in Capgemini and I took Axis bank salary account. Now I am able to pay my EMI’s only they forced me to pay 3lakhs in single payment. bank people are torching me like anything. But I am not in good position in financially and I don’t have any assets and I have to survive with my salary only. Please help
Hi, you need to inform bank once you are unable to make payment towards loan. You can file harassment complaint with police along with the evidence of torturing.I Need to discuss on 3 lakh single payment that bank asking you to pay.
