Bank is charging me extra on my credit limit what action can I take

Hi,State Bank of patiala is charging a cash credit limit takeover charges of 4.25% however we are not liable for the penalty, need to file a legal case.
This is the most common problem faced by consumers of bank. Rate of interest is charged by the bank. Depending upon the papers and explanation given he bank to you appropriate authority to file the case will be decided.
