Bank harassing for false credit card bill amount

11-May-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
Can I file a suit on Bank for unnecessarily disturbing me for payments, not purchased by me. There are error in the statements and the same is continued over a period of time. After repeatedly explaining orally and via mail, still after few months the call and visit of Recover Agencies starts and disturbs. Can we file for a hefty compensation on the harassment by the Bank and their agencies.

Dear sir, nowdays everyone is victim of the Banks having credit card operations. since amount is small they cant afford to file suit and litigation expenses and therefore they resort to such cheap techniques. definately you can file suit for compensation, but more effective would be lodge criminal case against bank officials. approach to concern police station and file complaint in writing about illegal calls and threats received from recovery agents.
