Are there any penalty charges on takeover of overdraft facilitiy

i want to know...if a bank is asking for 2% penalty charges of overtake of limit from one bank to another ,what should i do to stop this
Let me tell you one this ur question is incomplete. Let me tell you one thing in cash credit limit there is no penalty charges reason being that the cash credit limit is always repayable on demand, however it depends upon the terms and conditions of the financial institution with whom u are dealing.
