01-Nov-2023 (In Armed Forces Tribunal Law)

Would I been able to get discharge from service after filing a case as the pay scale is little bit less than that of IAF norms. Or any other legal method to get discharge from service.

Hi,
Kindly let me know your date of joining and provide other job related details. When you applied for Kashmir State Civil Services, were you already in Air Force? and if you were, have you informed the Air Force regarding such examination? The reason of pays scale less than IAF norms is not a strong reason to resign as when you had applied for the Air Force, you must have undergone the advertisement and when you signed your employment documents, that time as well you are expected to read everything carefully. If there is inconsistency of what was written in your employment documents and what you got, than you will have a valid reason. However, more information is needed to tender better advice.
Have a nice day.
