what are my benefits after being discharged after serving for 14 years

Sir, discharged from service in term of para 333 (C) (c) of the regulations of the army 1987 (revised edition) read with Army rule 13 (3) (III) (v) and policy laid down vide ADG(D&V) IHQ of MoD(Army) letter no 79333/AG/DV-1(P) dt 12 Dec 2003 after having served for 14 yr 7 Month with the Colour and charecter on discharge is good. i have able to pension benifits.
