Validity of the contract signed with the Indian Air Force

02-Oct-2023 (In Armed Forces Tribunal Law)
Sir, at the time of joining air force I was just 16 years 8 months. I was made to sign a contract to serve for 20 years at that time. I was not even given a copy of that till date. Is it a valid contact as per Air Force Act 1950 or Indian Contracts Act 1872 or any other law since I was a minor at that time? I want discharge from service now after serving 16 years.
