RTI filed but no reply recd till date what to do

Sir I have been filed RTI for asking following information with regard to my ACR. 1. When was ACR 2001 received by Record office? 2. Acceptance of ACR 2001 is technically correct or Not as AO 7/95? 3. Extract of ACR 2001 and 2002 to see the remarks of IO and RO. 4. Nominal roll of personnel's who have been superseded to me in Dfr rank. 5. If the original seniority granted wef 01 Mar 2003 please intimate likely date of next higher rank. My question is that Can extract of ACR will be provided by Records office. If No there is any provision for pbtaing the same. As per my concerned ACR for the year 2001 is not justified in pen picture by IO and RO. Can AC records can send it RO for justification in pen picture. If they will do such instance. Can I challenge it for forensics report?. Therefore may I request you please clarify so I can make strong defence for this purpose
