Relief not provided on every TD/AL store is deficient one

Sir I took charges of some rgtl property store...for about 2yrs....relief was not provided on my every TD /AL..now when I am called being posting out every body on adm channel is shouting on me....the store is a deficient one ...and forced upon me to make payments

You should give the complaint containing all the details to your Commanding Officer, who in turn is supposed to order the Court of Inquiry as fact finding machine. In case he fails to do so, you are at liberty to approach Armed Forces Tribunal for claiming the same relief. But I advise you that don't pay anything until Court of Inquiry is finished on your instance. I am sure, you will come out as innocent.

Deficiency cannot be ascribed to you if relief was not provided to you during your TD/AL because then others were holding responsibility of the store and you can inform this situation to your CO/ Comdt/Cdr and other higher authorities through proper channel. However also keepin mind that you were responsible for the regtl store after return from TD/AL and if you did not report said deficiences upon return immediately or in reasonable time, then fault is yours.
