Receiving less salary than juniors in Army what action can we take

Army person serving for 12 years. I sued to play games in the beginning in the training camp. After completing the training they kept us there only for games. We are receiving salary 2000 Rs. less from junior army personal. What can we do in this situation?

First you make a representation to your department and ask for the relief.
Once they deny you they will let you know the reason then incase the denial is not just you can file a case in AFT.

Hi,
You are not supposed to get less salary than juniors in your service without any specific reason. You need to project it at proper forum and you grievances will be redressed. If not case in AFT will be filed. You need to contact soon.

Hi, This is law of the land that no junior can draw more pay than senior. It is not possible that you draw less pay than your junior if that be the case your salary can be refixed. You have not shared details. Are you recruited through sports quota or direct recruit and playing based on your performance. You need to represent against this disparity without wasting more time.Regards
