Hi, the armed forces authorities are also under obligation of Right to application act and you have the right to ask for the records pertaining to you. However, it is advised that you meet in person to the advocate and decide the things to be done. Thanks

Hi, You are authorised to obtain your own medical records and same can be obtained by writing to concern department, you can also write to them under RTI Act. If you are not provided you can take legal recourse against them in Court of Law. Regards

If you need the documents for filing of case for disability pension and if you know your facts then you need not get troubled as you can go ahead and file the matter in AFT based on the facts you know to be true.Army will themselves have to provide the documents to the court.
Incase it is not for any legal requirement then ask under RTI.

Thank you
