My disability element of pension & entitled arrears from March 1975 have not been paid despite High Court order Dt. 20/12/2002 and Armed Forces Tribunal dated 18/5/2011 & 23/11/2011 . In RTI reply Dt. 02/01/2014 they sent a copy of document that my pension papers have been locally destroyed. I am 68 years old 75% physically disabled with Lt Eye totally & Rt. Eye partially damaged. I have no means even to visit hospital regularly. What to do ? Regards

Let me see your orders passed by the AFT . You will have to move an application before the same AFT seeking excution of order. Pension papers cannot be destroyed. Do not worry. You are an aged person. Just call and discuss your case. I will help you out if case is of Delhi jurisdiction or ask my friends to help you. You need not worry for anything.

Hi, you need to move court once more for execution of orders along with contempt of court against the concerned authorities and it is sure that you will get all the dues from the date of entitlement. Plz share the more details.
