Pension amount is low then what it should be

I was transferred to pension establishment after completion of 33 years of service from APS record as SMHONY Capt from 01-03-2007 with pension as Rs. 14775/-P.M.As per pay fixation it works out as under:-Basic Pay(Rs. 10800/-)X1.86=Rs. 20181/-+Grade Pay Rs. 6100 + MSP Rs.6000/- =32281/- rounded of to next ten=32290/- half of which is Rs. 16145/- should have been monthly pension.However my pension was fixed at Rs. 14775/-pm. which continued till 23-09-2012 when the anomaly was removed consequent upon fixation of basic pension as Rs. 16145/-. The same amount to be made applicable w.e.f. 01-03-07

The revision of Pension for JCOs granted Honorary ranks of Lt/Capt have been revised many times by PCDA but still the satisfactory table is not drawn.
