Non Adjustment of Final Statement of Account dues

I JC759162P Sub Subhash Babu P had served 30 years Indian Army in EME Corps and retired on 30 Nov 2014. While retirement my Children Education Allowance (CEA) Rs 28576/- was due for credit to me and same was submitted to PAO (OR) EME as Final Statement Queries for Adjustment and credit to my account. Many correspondences carried out to all authorities but not credited till date. How can I take any legal assistance against PAO (OR) EME to credit my right Money which is spent for my children education?

Please approach Directorate of Indian Army Veterans located at Maude Lines Delhi Can't with details of your claim including copies of payment vouchers or POR if any. That may help as this is a centralised agency to tackle issues concerning veterans.
If this fails or you don't get a suitable reply within six months, you can either approach AFT if one is nearby or Court of Civil Judge of your district for recovery suit. Remember you have to pay Court Fees on amount claimed
