Injured during training.How to get reinstatement in civil department?

Greetings, sir during training in OTA chennai i got injured, was relegated to next course. Recovered well frm previous left arm injury but was still on Low Medical Category when i ws forced to do exercises resulting into permanent disability of left arm (doctors mentioned about the reason of disability on my case sheets) But, no new injury report was initiated as "i was already on LMC and not shape 1" ..(but reason of injury is different ) . Disability certificate says that i have 85% disability while for pension purpose i hv been given 50%. Why such difference?? . I wish to be reinstated in any civil department of MOD as previously there have been few cases in which cadets were adjusted. Need advice .Thankyou
Hi, you need to write to concerned authorities and redress your grievances for the difference in the disability pension as well as for the job in civil side of MOD. It is sure that you will be heard and the proper remedy will be afforded to you.
