Illegal confinement in psychiatric ward what action can I take

I WAS CONFINED IN PSYCHIATRIC WARD AND FORCEFULLY INJECTED FEW UNKNOWN DRUGS. I WAS TREATED INHUMANELY BY AIR FORCE AUTHORITIES. LATER I SOUGHT UNDER RTI ACT MY MEDICAL DOCUMENTS WHICH AF AUTORITIES DENIED AS NOT AVAILABLE. I WAS NEVER DETECTED WITH ANY PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDERS. DOES THIS (CONFINING AND GIVING INHUMANE TREATMENT) AMOUNT TO VIOLATION OF MY FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT UNDER ARTICLE 21. CAN I SEEK DAMAGES FOR THE SAME LEGALLY AS THE UNDESIRED TREATMENT HAS ADVERSELY AFFECTED MY HEALTH. CAN I PROCEED TO SUE THE OFFICERS RESPONSIBLE. CAN ANY LEGAL EXPERT GUIDE ME IN THIS MATTER.... PLEASE HELP ME...... THANKS IN ADVANCE
A CO can fill up FORM-10, for Psychiatric evaluation of a person serving under his command and get a person examined by a board of Psychiatrist if he feels so. Even the person is entitled to seek evaluation from civil psychiatrists. However if No Abnormality is detected by the board then the person is sent back for normal duties. The malafide and bias of the CO will have to be proved thorough other evidence with which this can be clubbed.
