I was dismissed from airforce did not received any pension benefits

sir, i was dismissed from airforce .i did no get any pensionary benefits till now.i was dismissed on july2015. i was absent 130 days .my service when i was dismissed 18 and half.can i file case for dismissed order to discharge. for getting exservicemen benefits.
To get your pension you first challenge your dismissal order .once the dismissal order is set aside then you will get all consequential benefits.This advice is based on little facts you have given.A clear opinion and detailed opinion can be given after knowing all the facts.

Hi, ordinarily a person who is dismissed from service is not entitled to pension. However certain cases can be granted pension, till the time you do not get pension you can not claim status of ESM. You have already waited for about nine months. Pl do not waste more time and take recourse at the earliest. Regds
