How to get disability pension

Sir, I have been discharged from service wef 16/04/1975 following release medical board under medical category "cee" with out any percentage. Please advise, either I am eligible for disability pension. I am enjoying canteen facilities being ex-serviceman. Thanks,

As you have mentioned that you have been discharged from Army service in low medical category. You have not mentioned you discharged or invalidated out. No issue you are eligible for disability pension.
