Hi
You need to have some details with you to write to Army authority for pension. We will be able to advise you further once you share the details. The procedure is not complicated but you need to have proper information. Regds

You make a representation first on behalf of your mother and send it to COAS and AG PS -4 and send a copy to PCDA(A) hopefully needful will be done. But if you get negative reply or no response for 6 months then you can file Original Application in AFT.
But before you approach AFT reorientation is a must,it's a legal requirement.

Thank you

These details are not sufficient to determine whether you are eligible for fathers pension or not.More details and discussion are required.Need to spend time on the case. Why he left it was own request, medical reason or discipline case. Etc. why no claim was made till now ,and few other details

Hi, I will help you in getting the pension and all the dues. You have to contact the the appropriate authorities of army for this. if they are not releasing the dues and pension in time, the case will be filed in AFT.
