Harassment by senior for filing complaint can I challenge

Dear sir, me 75% disable serving person hu, mene ek baad apne adhikariyo dwara saririk evam mansik rup se paresan karne ki sikayat ucch adhikariyo se ki thi, jiske baad mujhe punishment diya gaya tha or mere sign kiye bina dushre wittness ka sign karva kar mujhe 14 din pay fine diya gaya tha, jabki ush din ek wittness vaha mojud hi nahi tha or ek ush din leave per tha, jiske leave certificate ki copy bhi mere pass hai, or ushke baat mera treatment ke liye attachment aaya hua tha vo bhi mujhe nahi diya gaya, ushka bhi letter mere pass hai, to kya me ishe court me challenge kar sakta hu?
Hello, Yes you can very well challenge if the facts which you are mentioning are correct the punishment given to you will be declared illegal and liable to be set aside. Secondly, no one can stop you from the treatment if they have done so they are also liable to be prosecuted. Regards
