Fraudulent enrollment in army and served 33 years

A person fraudulently joins army as an officer,he was already married and had a kid before joining army but kept the fact hidden.Served 33 years ,retd as a Col and drawing pension.After retirement he also killed his wife and presently on bail.documentary proof of marriage and child birth before joining army is available.Can some action be taken against him for fraudulent enrolment at this stage and can his pension be stopped since he is accused of killing his wife ?

If you have evidence, you can always write to army with proof. If the person had joined Army fraudulently, then the army authorities will be started liberty to file an FIR.
However, you as an individual may not have any right to complain yourself as the fraud has not been committed on you.

Hi, action can be taken against the defaulting officer for giving wrong information, however, how harsh that action would depend upon the fraud and circumstances. It can not be said at this stage that if his pension can be stopped or not. Regards
