Forgot to collect leave certificate can i challenge it

sir, i have been issued a show cause notice " why shouldnot given discharge under rule 15 (2) g (II)" as i have awarded 4 red ink entries ( all are for AWL). My RE expires on 01 sep 2016 on that day i will be completing 20 years of service. My last but one entry was for awl but my leave was santioned but without notifying me my leave was cancelled. I forgot to collect leave certificate. Can i challenge it?

Firstly you should challenge the charges of AWL by filling STATUTORY COMPLAINT asap.
As per the latest judgement of Supreme Court 4 red entry cannot be the only ground for dismissal.Further advice can be rendered after knowing the complete facts.
File statutory complaint immediately before giving reply to Show cause notice.
