Does break in service effects the pension benefit ?
16-Jan-2023 (In Armed Forces Tribunal Law)
There is a break in service of three days due to arrest by civil police, since case IPC 304, 307 are still pending against me and charge sheet has not been completed yet. My question is that at the time of completion, will I be liable to pension benefits or not ?
Dear Now the case is pending against you in the court and what will be its fate. If you are held guilty and convicted by court you will be dismissed from service and no pension will be given to you if you are acquittal then you will get each and every thingh Thanking you
