Discharge from service without giving an option for change of trade .

28-Jul-2023 (In Armed Forces Tribunal Law)
I was a trainee of IAF. I was direct recruited to an pre alloted trade. When i was recruited i was not told about any policy related to my training in this trade. Only I knew that if I will not able to cope this trade i will be transfered to any other trade . But after that when I complete my 6 month basic traning. And go to my trade training they told us about a policy according to which if we fail we will have to go out of service and the policy was made after 1 month of my enrollment . Now i am discharged from service after 1 year of enrollment. Is it right ? Can I put a case? Please hel

I think I have answered this query earlier. Generally, the policy that is followed in such cases is that if a trainee cannot cope with a particular trade he is transfered to some other suitable trade but to give the right advice the facts of the case will have to be seen. Apparently, it seems you have case.
