Discharge From IAF without giving Option for change of trade.

Is it right to give discharge a trainee without giving him an option for change of trade when he is not able to cope with pre alloted trade?
The question cannot be answered in a simple yes or no. Normally, if a trainee cannot cope with the training of a particular trade, he is given an option to change the trade. However, there are other facts and circumstances like availability of vacancies in other trades, capability of trainee to meet the requirements of the other trade and so on, which need to be considered before coming to any conclusion.
