Discharge from air force due to inefficient in trade what can be done

sir I was recruited in air force in special forces.at the time of my recruitment I was signed a declaration citing ' if I am found unsuitable in the alloted trade then I am liable to be offered another trade like catering, account, logistics etc and if I refused to accept the given trade then I have the option for discharge' now I failed in swimming test as part of special forces training. and they are giving me discharge from air force. this is a fraud to me by air force.
Hi, If the condition was that if you are not able to pass out in Garud you will be offered lower trade, now they can not discharge you from service. I believe you are not able to clear your training. As per the details provided by you, you have the case, you should take action while in service otherwise it will be late to take appropriate remedy. All the best

If you were selected for special forces and you signed and undertaking agreeing to join another trade if offered, the IAF was bound to offer you alternate trade. You can not be summarily discharged. I advise you to submit a personal application requesting reconsideration and allotment of alternate trade.
If such application is rejected, you are at liberty to file an application in AFT
