Disbursing of the pending Medical pension. How can I get a quick reply

Sir. I am ex Sgt Rajesh Srivastava discharged from Indian air force after. Fulfilled terms & condition of engagement in low medical category CEE as affective psychosis diagnosis. I got no medical pension and getting service pension. Either appeal at Air force record office they denied. As per latest decision of aft Lko for a decision of a sqn LDR all defence LMC person will get medical pension either discharge due to service or own request. I should file a case or write letter to Air Force Record Office New Delhi. Thanks and regards. An early reply is expected

In view of the facts as stated, it is prominent to inform your senior about the desision of the regional bench Lucknow by making a detail representations before them and if they do not reply to your representations, you may prefer a case before the Tribunal within 30 days from the date of serving representations

It is in the better interest of yourself that before you file a case write a letter to Directorate of Air Veteran with reference to the judgment. However law is well settled that you are eligible for disability pension. In case they don't consider your case then you should think for filing the case. Further I am always available for your help

YOU are getting service pension, which is good. There is a new ruling on disability pension being available to those who have served pensionable period and whose disability was attributable to or aggravated by military service. So you first have to intimate status of your disability. You can contest for attributability, I can give you relevant rulings.
