Didn't receive any benefits for 10 year how can I claim that?

Sir, I retired with 100% disability attributable to service , started getting disability and service element . After 6 years of release from Army , I got class 1 post in state govt in Handicap quota ( not as an exserviceman) - wherein my pay was fixed at the starting of scale and i didnt get any benefit of 10years of Army service . This new job doesnt have regular pension as it is under NPS Should I be getting DA on pension - both service & disability element
The complete fact is not known from your mail now. As per general rule, you are authorised for one DA only. Please elaborate your case so, that I may advise you. You need to describe why you did not get benefit of 10 yrs of service and effort made by you. Thanks
